The apartment, located at the harbor just 50m from the sandy beach, on the 4th floor of an apartment building, overlooking the sea and the port of Valle Gran Rey.
It offers you a large living room with a corner sofa bed and an American kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
Both the living room and the bedroom have access to the large south-facing balcony with spectacular views of the sea, the harbor, the neighboring island of El Hierro and the sunset.
The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, oven, toaster and everything you may need during your stay.
In the living room you will find a dining table for 4 people and a large corner sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed.
There are satellite TV, internet connection, a safe and a music system.
There is a double bed (59 inches/150 cm) and a large built-in wardrobe in the bed room.
The bathroom offers a large shower, a sink, a toilet and you find a washing machine at your disposal.
The appartment was completely renovated in June 2015.
There is a dining table for 4 people on the balcony, an electric grill, sun lounger and an awning.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
Rent for Apartment Vistamar : from 59 € / day - another 5 € for every additional person.
- regardless of high or low season and including incidental expenses such as electricity, gas and water.
We charge 50 € for the final cleaning.
Booking terms:
We require a 100 € deposit for booking, payable via bank transfer.
If you cancel your booking, we retain this deposit.
